The Seller undertakes to ship the order to the Buyer within a door-to-door courier system at a delivery address on the Romanian territory, respecting the delivery terms established at the time of the acceptance of the order. For orders paid by bank transfer, delivery time will be calculated from the moment of receipt of the full payment in the VECTOR SECURITY account.
Product delivery will be made only through the courier company FAN Courier Express SRL. The order placed through the website will be delivered, in principle, on the next day, but no later than 3 days after placing the order. These provisions are not applicable if we refer to the products to order as well as in the situation where the delivery confirmation email stipulates a different delivery time.
Delivery for the products in certain promotions will be made according to the information on the respective promotion, available on the website www.vectorsecurity.ro.
The Seller will apply the communicated cost before each delivery, and in case of products under promotion, the Seller shall apply the costs in accordance with the active promotions on the website at the time of ordering.
The Seller will properly pack the products and will send the following accompanying documents: invoice, users manual provided, as the case may be, by the manufacturer or the importer.
The Buyer must notify the Seller by email at email@example.com or by telephone at +40 316 301 933, the absence of any of the above mentioned documents within 48 hours from the receipt of the products, otherwise they will be considered communicated .
In cases where the Buyer is not found at the specified delivery address, within the agreed timetable, the courier will contact the Buyer to agree on the details of a new delivery. If, at the second attempt, the delivery will not be completed, the parcel will be returned to the Seller, who will cancel the order and as the case may be proceed to the refund of the payment. The Buyer can resume the order, and will bear the cost of a new delivery.
If the delivery of the order cannot be met, the Seller will notify the Buyer at the latest on the scheduled delivery date of the estimated delivery time. If the new delivery term exceeds 90 calendar days, the change of the deadline is subject to acceptance by the Buyer, and if it is not accepted by the Buyer, the order will be canceled and the Seller will refund to the Buyer the sums accrued in advance.
If the billing and delivery information provided by the Buyer is erroneous or incomplete, the Seller does not guarantee the delivery terms. If within 24 hours the provided data are not corrected and no new delivery term are established, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
The ownership of the goods will be transferred when they are delivered to the indicated address (assuming the receipt of the transport document provided by the courier) and the full payment of the corresponding payment is made. The seller will not authorize the courier to allow the parcel to be opened until after the receipt has been signed and the eventual payment of its value has been paid.
If the packages show visible damage upon receipt by courier, we recommend to the Buyer to refuse their reception and to report this incident immediately, no later than 24 hours after the refusal of the reception by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any subsequent claim regarding this aspect is void and cannot be taken into consideration.
